EMDR Consulting

At Therigatha Center for Psychotherapy, I provide individualized consultation for clinicians seeking to deepen their trauma work through an EMDR-informed, attachment-based, and integrative lens. Whether you are newly trained or an experienced therapist, our collaboration offers a reflective space to strengthen your clinical skills, deepen conceptual clarity, and build confidence in treating complex trauma.

My approach integrates EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work and the Structural Dissociation model. Grounded in attachment theory, I help clinicians understand how early relational experiences shape the nervous system and how trauma survivors organize their inner worlds around protective and wounded parts. Together, we focus on pacing, attunement, and utilizing the therapeutic relationship as a secure base for safe processing.

Areas of focus include:

  • Case Conceptualization: Integrating attachment theory and structural dissociation into EMDR.

  • Parts Work: Navigating protective systems, wounded parts, and dissociative defenses.

  • Preparation & Stabilization: Supporting internal cooperation and resourcing prior to processing.

  • Therapeutic Presence: Enhancing therapist attunement and the use of self as a regulating resource.

Ultimately, consultation is tailored to your professional goals. My intention is to provide a relational, clinically grounded space where you can deepen your capacity to hold complexity and support lasting change for your clients. If you are seeking consultation that integrates EMDR with attachment-based, parts-informed care, I welcome you to connect.
